If you like to know what your costs will be upfront, you definitely will like our Flat Rate Process Service.  For $75, you get up to three (3) attempts of Service within Durham Region, a commissioned Affidavit of Service (or attempted service), No Mileage Fees, or any other fees.  Taxes are included. 

You will only be charged $75 for Process Serving anywhere within Durham Region

$10.00         –   Each additional Attempt of Service)
